How this directory works
Current data as of July 19, 2026.
Sourcing
We index the public listing pages of independent Los Angeles commercial agencies — the availabilities they publish on their own websites. We do not index the national platforms, and we skip any site whose robots.txt asks crawlers to stay out. Our crawler runs weekly, waits at least a second between requests, and identifies itself honestly.
Facts only
We store and show facts: address, area, property type, size, asking rate and lease basis, availability, and the agency's name, phone, and listing link. Photos and descriptions belong to the agencies — we link to them instead of copying them.
Freshness
A listing that disappears from its agency's site for two consecutive weekly checks is dropped automatically. If a site changes and our reader breaks, we keep the last good listings and flag the source on the sources page until it's fixed.
For agencies
Want your listings removed? Email zintarweb@gmail.com and it happens promptly, no questions asked. Want in? If you publish availabilities on your own site, we'd love to index them.
Frequently asked questions
Where do these listings come from?
From independent LA commercial agencies' own public listing pages, read weekly by a polite crawler that respects robots.txt, throttles itself, and identifies honestly. We never index the national platforms.
What do you store?
Facts only: address, area, type, size, asking rate and basis, availability, and the agency's name, phone, and listing link. Never photos or descriptions — those are the agency's; we link to them.
I'm an agency — how do I get removed (or added)?
Email zintarweb@gmail.com. Removal requests are honored promptly, no questions asked. Additions: if you publish availabilities on your own site, we'd love to index them.
